GEMINI H600R is a rutile coated hardfacing electrode for surfacing worn parts of civil engineering, construction and mining machinery to be used without machining. Deposited metal of approximately 55 HRC provides high toughness in spite of high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance to medium impact. aSuitable as buffer layer and building up multi-layer deposits on badly worn components.

Position: flat, horizontal and vertical up.

For hardfacing applications where maximum hardness consistent without machining
Extend operation life of wearing parts
Hardfacing electrode 52 HRC single layer, 55 HRC multiple layer
