Responsibilities	We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems such as CCTV, VOIP, and door access. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Job Responsibilities: Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end-users. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, network connectivity, printers, scanner, and user applications. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices and etc Ensure all required applications and company tools are properly installed and updated. Track, record, and maintain company IT assets with assigned asset numbers. Coordinate IT equipment disposal and handle e-waste according to compliance requirements. Ensure all the CCTV functionable Assist in IT-related projects, system upgrades, and technology refresh programs. Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi/VPN). Ensure all assigned tickets are resolved in accordance with established procedures and timelines. Update ticket status and communicate progress to users. Identify recurring issues and propose preventive actions. Set up new workstations for new joiners and ensure systems are ready before onboarding. Provide support during company meetings, events, or IT-related activities. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, or external services. Assist others department on html coding.

Requirements	Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
