Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks on trucks under supervision • Learn and apply technical skills expected of a foreman over time • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and implementing repair solutions • Carry out hands-on mechanical work with attention to safety and quality • Maintain a clean and organized work area
