- Original Medical Report (RB II Form) (Available at MM2H Immigration Unit)
B. Approved on monthly Government Pension income
To prepare the following documents and payment:
- Letter of Intent by The Principal
- Cover Letter by MM2H registered agent (if applicable)
- Original & Copy Of Applicant's Passport
- Form IMM. 55 (1 Copy)
- Form IMM. 38 (1 Copy, If Applicable) – for visa requirement country
- Current Proof Of the latest 3 Months Government Pension Income RM10,000 And Above
- Original & Copy of Conditional Approval Letter
- Original & Copy of Health Insurance
- Original Medical Report (RB II Form) (Available at MM2H Immigration Unit)
