Responsibilities	Handle and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally Process sales and purchase orders and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery Coordinate with forwarding agents on shipping arrangements and customs clearance Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics and customs documentation Follow up on shipments, order rescheduling, or cancellations based on customer requirements and lead times Maintain strong customer relationships and provide reliable after-sales support Liaise with internal teams, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with administrative and coordination tasks Support ad-hoc or urgent assignments as required by management
