Responsibilities	• Install, configure, and manage both Windows and macOS operating systems. • Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. • Perform basic network administration and ensure proper connectivity. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware and network issues efficiently. • Manage and update the company website, ensuring smooth operation. • Provide customer support and technical assistance to end users. • Configure and support various customer-specific software applications. • Collaborate with IT vendors and external technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
