Responsibilities | - Responsible to achieve production, recruitment and overall manpower target set by the Management. - Responsible in developing, sustain and expand the efficient of Distribution Channels at Branch. - Conduct performance review meeting with agency leaders to ensure the branch target can be achieved. - Initiative and organize sales events, workshops, seminars, roadshows to improve agency activity and productivity. - Promote robust agency manpower development through BOP, recruitment workshop and direct appointment of new leaders. - Joint field work recruitment with agency leaders.
