Reinforced graphite sheet is made with expanded graphite sheet reinforced with stainless steel tanged insert. The both sides are pure expanded graphite sheet, the metal core is one layer or two layers of 0.10mm thick SS316 tanged. Very high strength handling. High Compressibility and adaptability over a wide temperature range, thus providing excellent sealing properties. Chemical resistance is excellent with graphite sheet due to pH range


Applications

- Particularly suited for use in pipelines and containers employed in the chemical and petrochemical industries and thermal power stations, together with oil-filled and other heating systems.
- Good resistance to sudden changes of temperature.
- Suitable applications for Heat and Exhaust gaskets, Valve Bonnet, Heat Exchangers and electrically conductive gaskets.
