Responsibilities	• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects. • Meet with client (site/office) in order to understand the client's objectives and desires. • Communicate effectively with client and team in order to address client's needs along with the time and within the budget. • Prepare presentations Layout (Space planning, 2D detail drawing, furniture elevation, RCP, M&E & 3D Visualization) for clients • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant • Collaborate with the team to work on new designs. • Research about the latest trends and accordingly source products and materials. • Select the right materials, furniture decor, and finishing. • Able to go for site visits (measurement & discuss with client) if needed. • Must have own transport.

Requirements	• Diploma or Bachelor's degree Fresh grad in Interior Design or similar in related field. • 2 year or more of experience in related field will be an advantage • Strong creative and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to execute • Extensive experience in color, lighting, selection of materials, designing layouts and customized furniture. • Familiar with Interior Designing Software that is Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, Autodesk 3DS Max, Sketchup, Coohom/Aihouse & etc. • A portfolio of the projects undertaken will be an advantage. • Ability to work closely with the design team. • Strong understanding of interior environment and design. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. • Outstanding problem-solving skills. • Exceptional attention to detail.
