2. Eligibility
   • Open to new customers with residential renovation projects in Klang Valley.
   • Valid only for clients who sign the renovation agreement and place a deposit during the campaign period.
3. Booking Deposit
   • A non-refundable RM10,000 deposit is required to activate this promotion.
   • The deposit will be deducted from the total project cost.
4. Promotion Benefits
   • FREE Feature Wall: Up to 120 sqft, valued at RM5,800 (limited to the Parent’s Room).

5. Limitations

   • All materials, colours, and designs are subject to availability under HISTRONG’s standard selection.
   • Custom requests beyond standard options may incur additional charges.
8. Project Timeline
   • Projects must begin within 6 months of the booking date.
   • Failure to commence within the stated period may void the promotional benefits.
9. General Conditions
   • Promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing discounts or campaigns.
   • HISTRONG reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
   • In case of dispute, HISTRONG’s decision is final.
