1. Campaign Overview
This campaign offers exclusive discounted packages for confirmed bookings with a Booking Fee made during the event period.
All packages include product supply, consultation, and standard installation unless stated otherwise. Customers are advised to initiate design/site visit within the 12 month validity period.

Limitations / Add ons
- Ceiling height above 4000mm will incur additional charges
- Excludes: ceiling clearing, electrical wiring adjustment, reinforcement frame
- Additional area beyond 10m²: pro rated per m²
- Installation on wet concrete, damaged or curved ceilings not covered

- Mood board and colour/material coordination
- Up to 2 revision rounds
Limitations / Add ons
- Additional built up beyond 100m²: pro rated per 20m²
- Excludes: RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan), electrical layout, carpentry/shop drawings
- Design fee is non refundable after design work starts
Rebate
If a customer proceeds with renovation above RM50,000, the 3D design fee is 100% discounted.

3. Design & Site Measurement Scope
- A site measurement and consultation will be arranged post booking
- All layout and pricing are based on actual measurement
- Design proposal includes functional layout; additional visualizations (if any) are subject to quotation
- 3D visuals may differ slightly from final installation depending on site conditions and material texture
4. Terms & Conditions
4.1 Payment & Booking
- Booking is confirmed upon a minimum deposit paid as per product category (refer to Product Disclosure Section 2).
- Full payment is required before installation or production begins.
- Customers must confirm site visit or layout within 12 months from payment.
4.2 Cancellation & Refund
- 30 day cooling off period: full refund of deposit allowed.
- After 30 days: strictly no refund or cancellation.
- No refund after design work begins or materials are customised/cut.
4.3 Installation & Liability
- Installation includes standard fixing, trimming, and finishing.
- HISTRONG is not liable for damages or faults caused by 3rd party contractors or non standard site conditions.
- If a customer opts for self installation, HISTRONG assumes no liability for workmanship.
4.4 Material & Safety Assurance
- All panels and cabinets are ENF certified formaldehyde free.
- Certifications by FRIM or equivalent authority are available upon request.
- If found non compliant, HISTRONG will refund the affected component.
4.5 Lucky Draw
- All confirmed customers are entered into a draw for a Lucky Draw
- Winners will be announced within 30 days post campaign on HISTRONG’s official channels
- Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4.6 Marketing Use
- HISTRONG reserves the right to photograph completed projects for marketing (no personal data shown).
- Customers may opt out in writing.
4.7 Final Clause
- HISTRONG reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign, products, or pricing without prior notice.
- In the event of a dispute, HISTRONG’s decision is final.
