Responsibilities	As a Site Supervisor at HISTRONG, you will be responsible for:- - Overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities on construction sites. - Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution. - Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. - Monitoring construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment. - Managing project schedules and ensuring timely completion of milestones. - Tracking project expenses and maintaining accurate documentation. - Providing regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements	To be considered for the role of Site Supervisor at HISTRONG, you should possess the following qualifications:- - Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. - Familiarity with green building practices and sustainability principles is a plus. - Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision is an advantage.
