BNC梅子餐2021-梅子汤圆
材料:
汤圆1盒
调味料
生姜 / 姜粉1茶匙,清水500毫升,梅子浆4大汤匙
黄糖150克
做法:
1) 锅里的水煮滚烫,放入汤圆,煮至汤圆浮上捞起备用。
2) 清水500毫升加入梅子浆,姜粉及黄糖煮滚。
3) 放入汤圆即可享用。

金黄梅子排骨
材料 :
A) 素排骨15片,嫩姜1寸 (切5-6片)
B) 日本黄瓜1条(切片)、小番茄5粒(切半)、
橙1粒(切片)、白芝麻少许(点缀)
調味料 :
A) 有机烹饪椰子油500毫升(炸素排骨用),梅子浆3大汤匙
紫苏梅汁2大汤匙、黄糖1小茶匙、極釀傳統醬油1大匙
花菇高鲜粉1.5茶匙、清水50毫升
B) 莲藕粉1茶匙、清水50毫升
C) 梅子醋3大汤匙
作法 :
1) 素排骨炸至黄金备用。
2) 锅中入油炒香嫩姜片,加入梅子浆,梅汁,紫苏梅粒,
黄糖,酱油, 花菇高鲜及清水,再倒入莲藕粉勾芡煮
至浓稠,搅拌均匀。
3) 最后将素排骨放回锅中搅拌均匀,淋上梅子醋,摆盘
