2. PRACTICAL USE:
A specialised solvent-based waterproof clear sealer, which acts as a waterproofer for grout and tiles in tiled areas.
This product prevents moisture from getting behind tiles that cause cracking, rusting mould growth and reduces maintenance costs.

3. HOW TO USE:
Apply UFIXX no leak grout and tiles sealer onto all grout lines and tile joints.
A second coating can be applied immediately after the first coating.
A third coating may be required for very porous grout lines. 
Use turpentine for cleaning. 

4. IDEAL FOR:
Bathroom, toilet etc.
