Introduction
Change is a complex, people-centric process. It requires more than policy revisions or new systems—it demands emotional readiness, mindset transformation, and strategic action. This workshop equips participants with the competencies to become effective change leaders at every level of the organization. Participants will explore the psychological and cultural barriers to change, examine mindset models, and apply globally recognized frameworks like ADKAR, Persuasive Sequence and Content Messaging to facilitate effective and lasting change and change communication.

Module 4: A Framework For Change Communication
Participants will learn the Persuasive Sequence, a step-by-step approach to structuring messages in a way that leads your audience from understanding to action. It is especially effective in change management communication, where resistance, confusion, or apathy are common barriers and Context Messaging which focuses on how information is framed and categorized, making it easier for people to mentally process and internalize messages—especially in times of change.
