AUTOMATIC IMAGE MONITORING SYSTEM
“Easy Monitoring” is an automatic image monitoring system that can automate the patrolling of facilities. By simply attaching a camera to an equipment that requires patrolling, it continuously monitors the condition of the equipment. Supports two languages: Japanese and English.
EASY INSTALLATION
Simply attach the camera to the location you want to monitor. Network cameras can be easily added. It not only captures the camera images but also read the values of meters, gauges etc. and judges the condition of equipment by image processing.
WHAT EASYMONITORING™ CAN DO
1.The monitoring target is image-processed at regular intervals, and normality / abnormality can be identified and the read values can be recorded for each instrument so that humans can circulate.
2.You can check the latest images and history data of monitored objects at any time from the terminal devices in the LAN.
MONITOR MULTIPLE ITEMS WITH ONE CAMERA
Since up to 999 inspection frames can be installed on a single screen, multiple items can be inspected at the same time if the object can be projected in a size that can be read.
GRAPHICAL DISPLAY OF READING
You can display the trend of readings over time as a graph.
JUDGEMENT RESULTS ARE SAVED IN CSV FORMAT
The inspection result log is saved in csv format, so it can be tabulated and graphed with spreadsheet software such as Excel.
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS BY EMAIL
You will be notified by email when an error occurs. You can also set transmission to multiple addresses. Since the graph and image data displayed on the site PC are sent as they are, you can check the screen as if you were on site.
