After years of participating in supplying shock absorber casters to Automotive plant, we have
Designed our own shock absorbing casters, which is an improvement of design and
improvement of reliability compared to the traditional shock absorbing casters wheel.

XTS Shock absorbing caster wheel has greatly improved on the following:

  1.    50% extra lifespan compared to normal shock absorbing wheel.
  2.    Suitable for usage indoor & outdoor.
  3.    Control the maximum load allowed, prevent wheel damaged caused by overloading.

Advantages of XTS SHOCK ABSORBING CASTER

  1.    Double Spring Loaded with PU Foam

Functionality of PU Foam:

If the Maximum load allowed for the caster wheel is exceeded, the spring will compress the PU
foam, causing the PU Foam to crack and break. If the PU Foam is broken, user needs to take extra
care on the trolley. Long term of overloading will damage the wheel.

  2.    Adjustable Wheel Height
Caster Wheel height can be adjustable to meet user ’s requirement.

The wheel is designed with to cope with PU 89 shore A Hardness different type of road condition. Thick
PU on the wheel greatly increases the lifespan and assist in absorbs the shock.
The roundness of wheel surface minimize the area contacting with the ground, ease the turning (changing
direction) of the wheel.
Dust cap is applied to cover the precision bearing from direct contact with dust and others.
