Colourland WeatherFlex Plus Acrylic Wall Finish is a premium quality, 100% full acrylic based emulsion paint. It is specially formulated for the tropics with excellent weathering properties, fungus and algae resistance. Colourland WeatherFlex Plus Acrylic Exterior Wall finishes have excellent alkali resistance, adhesion and durability. It is formulated to provide at least 5 years protection against fungus and algae growth with correct application.

Usage: For decoration and protection of previously painted or new exterior walls for a long lasting aesthetic finish. Properties: Texture :- Smooth Sheen Finish. Colour :- A wide range of colours. Please refer Colourland Weatherflex Plus Colour Card. Theoretical Coverage :- 11 – 13 m²/Litre. Drying Time :- Touch Dry, 15 – 30 min (Dependent on Temperature and Humidity). Hard Dry, 1 – 2 Hrs. Recoating Interval 1 – 2 hours.

Surface Preparation: General / New Surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease or wax. To have better finish rubbed down surface using suitable abrasive and dust off. If after thorough preparation surface remain powdery, or suffer from alkali attack. For best effect seal with one coat of appropriate Colourland Primer (refer to painting guide). Previously Painted Remove all loose, defective and unstable paint film or powdery residues by thorough brush and scraping. High pressure water jet is highly recommended. Treat areas effected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with Colourland Fungi Wash. Make good minor defects and cracks with suitable Colourland Exterior Brushable Crack Putty.
