The 661 PATL-MCL-3 Earthing and Short-Circuit Equipment is designed for medium voltage overhead line maintenance and repair, providing maximum operator safety against accidental energization or voltage return during work operations.

This professional-grade kit complies with IEC 61230 international standards, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient earthing performance in all field conditions. The MCL aluminium alloy clamps close automatically by spring activation, securing firmly on bare cylindrical conductors (Ø 8–30 mm).
All three clamps can be installed simultaneously using the clamp-holder plate, significantly improving operator efficiency and reducing setup time.

Built for durability and ease of use, this set includes PVC-insulated copper cables, a metallic storage spool, a telescopic operating pole, and a robust earthing rod, all housed in a protective plastic case for easy transport and storage.
