Responsibilities	. To lead the HSE team · To maintain, enforce & improve safety related matters with respect to Department Occupational Safety & Health Malaysia requirements,and Department of Environment Malaysia requirements · To facilitate the implementation of safety & Health procedures and conduct safety audits. Identify, investigate, and report on root causes for incidents & accidents and conduct risk assessment and facilitate training for workers with respect towards all safety issues. · To promote, established and implement the Health and Safety procedures and awareness among the workforce and facilitate the safety & health committee meeting minutes. · Ensure production quality and safety standard are compliance to all legal requirements. ·To conduct safety inspection of the emergency equipment such as fire fighting equipment & first aid facilities. · Ensure production quality and safety standard are compliance to all legal requirements. ·Responsible in the overall safety & health activities in the organization in accordance to regulation. · To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning / disease which have occurred at the work place. - Responsible for preventing or reducing environmental risk and formulating environmental protection and procedures. - Monitor and ensure company’s conformance with applicable legislation requirement of Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974. - Reporting the performance of environmental management system to top management as a basis for improvement of EMS. - Identify potential source of pollution and propose appropriate mitigation plans and supervise corrective measures to take - To record daily report on environmental issues

Requirements	- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent. - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. - At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Possess Safety and Health Officer Course (Green Book) endorsed by DOSH. - Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Tanjung Langsat - Certificates of all or most of the following a) Certified Environmental Professional Bag Filter Operation (CePBFO) b) Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM) c) Certified Environmental Professional in The Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems - Physical Chemical Processes (CePIETSO-PCP) d) Certified Environmenal Professional in Scrubber Operation (CePSO) Please email your resume to career@pantechgalv.com
