They have a stringent test requirement at constant temperature 85 deg. C & Humidity 85 %RH. Customer also perform durability test by subjecting the package undergoing extreme temperature variations over a given period of time. This test exposes the package to mechanical fatigue induced by cycles of thermal expansion e.g. -40 deg C to +80 deg C. then back to -40 deg C and continuously cycling.
