ISTIQ Noise Control is proud to have been awarded the critical role of managing and mitigating fan noise generated by the Odor Control Fans at the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant (TWRP) C3E Liquid Modules. The TWRP stands as one of the most advanced water reclamation facilities globally, focused on sustainable and innovative wastewater treatment solutions. Our involvement supports the plant’s commitment to environmental excellence and community harmony by ensuring noise emissions from odor control fans are kept within stringent limits.
Stainless Steel 316 Acoustic Enclosure
In this prestigious project, ISTIQ Noise Control is delivering 14 modular acoustic enclosures, expertly fabricated from high-grade stainless steel, explicitly designed to enclose and silence odor control fans without compromising operational efficiency or airflow. To date, we have completed and delivered 3 acoustic enclosures for the first liquid module (DLM1), receiving excellent feedback on the reduction in noise levels and durability of the solutions provided.
The stainless steel modular design enables easy installation and future scalability, while providing robust protection against harsh operational environments. Our acoustic enclosures blend cutting-edge soundproofing technology with practical design, ensuring the silent operation of odor control fans critical to maintaining air quality at TWRP.
Our fabrication team is currently actively progressing with the remaining enclosures, maintaining strict quality standards and ensuring timely delivery to meet the project’s aggressive schedule. ISTIQ Noise Control remains committed to delivering world-class noise control solutions that help the TWRP achieve its sustainability goals and set new benchmarks in environmental protection.
