Responsibilities	Key Responsibilities: 1.Duck Care & Management: Assist in the daily care of ducks, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their health and behavior. Learn and apply techniques for maintaining optimal living conditions to ensure the well-being of the ducks. 2.Breeding & Reproduction: Participate in the duck breeding program, including artificial insemination, monitoring reproductive cycles, and managing breeding records. Support the team in ensuring high reproductive success rates through effective management and care. 3.Health Monitoring: Conduct regular health checks on ducks, observing for signs of illness or distress. Collaborate with the veterinary team to address any health concerns and implement preventive care practices. 4.Data Recording & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of breeding activities, health reports, and farm operations. Assist in analyzing data to improve farm management practices and duck productivity. 5.Sustainable Farming Practices: Learn and contribute to sustainable farming practices that promote animal welfare and environmental responsibility. Participate in initiatives to improve farm sustainability, such as waste management and resource efficiency. 6.Research & Development: Support ongoing research projects related to duck behavior, nutrition, and reproduction. Assist in implementing new techniques and technologies to enhance farm operations. 7.Team Collaboration: Work closely with farm managers, animal scientists, and other team members to ensure smooth farm operations.
