Our story began with our grandfather, Mr. Lee Yin, who was the esteemed Head of the Orthopaedic Appliance Department at University Hospital Kuala Lumpur, a respected member of the International Association of Technicians in Orthotics and Prosthetics, and founder of the Lee Prosthetic and Orthotic Centre. His dedication to excellence profoundly inspired his son, Mr. Steven Lee, to establish Neolee Rehab Supply in 2004, aiming to provide Malaysians with affordable, high-quality medical devices distributed primarily through pharmacies.

In 2014, facing challenging financial circumstances, Steven’s eldest son, Mr. Bryan Lee, restructured and revitalized the business, formally founding Neolee Rehab Supply Sdn Bhd. With a bold vision, Bryan leveraged his university days in the UK and became the pioneer in Malaysia’s medical industry by directly marketing and selling medical equipment online, transforming the business model and reshaping the market.

Shortly afterward, Bryan was joined by his younger siblings, Mr. Kenneth Lee and Ms. Carina Lee, who became integral co-founders of the family venture. Kenneth, who holds a diploma in logistics, oversees Neolee’s procurement and logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely product deliveries nationwide. Carina, armed with a degree in Mass Communication, leads marketing, branding, and customer engagement, thoughtfully enhancing Neolee’s presence and strengthening the connection with customers.

Together, Bryan, Kenneth, and Carina form a unified team dedicated to preserving and building upon their family's proud heritage, consistently improving how Neolee Rehab Supply serves and supports its growing community.
