Kayumanis Properties Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 25th May 2004 with a mission to excel in property development, project management, and property investments. Founded by Jonathan Liew and Michael Liew, our company embarked on a significant journey to become a leading developer. Our first major project, Merdu Idaman Townvillas in Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, was successfully completed in 2007. Over the past two decades, we have expanded our portfolio to include a diverse range of properties, such as townhouses, semi-detached houses, bungalows, and commercial developments across Petaling Jaya, Kajang, and Bangi. In addition to our own projects, we offer project management services as consultants, having successfully completed notable projects like the Nouvelle Industrial Park in Kota Damansara.

At Kayumanis Properties Sdn Bhd, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of the mass market by developing affordable, high-quality housing solutions. In 2013, we acquired an 8.4-acre site in Bandar Baru Batang Kali, where we are planning to create high-rise blocks and townhouses that offer exceptional quality at affordable prices for middle-income earners. We are confident that this project will be a success due to its unique value proposition and our commitment to excellence. Looking back, in 2015, we expanded our reach with new commercial and residential projects in Seremban, Dengkil, and Pulau Pangkor, and we were in discussions with several landowners in Selangor for potential joint development opportunities.
