TORQUE TABLE Nm (Double Acting)
Selection of actuator base on air supply 6bar.
First determine the valve torque with 30% allowance for example ball valve size 2'' 50Nm, add 30% become 65Nm.
Look at the 6bar column for actuator at normally ''Close'' position (highlighted), torque value must be greater than 65Nm
for both actuator opening torque at 0° and closing torque at 90°
AD65 at 0° 123Nm, at 90° 108Nm both value greater than valve 65Nm

Selection of actuator base on air supply 6bar.
First determine the valve torque with 30% allowance for example ball valve size 2'' 50Nm, add 30% become 65Nm.
Look at the 6bar column (highlighted), torque value must be greater than 65Nm for both ''Air to open'' and ''Spring to close'' and 0° and 90°
AS80 air to open from 0°~90° torgue 139Nm~74Nm. Spring to close from 90°~0° torque 130Nm~95Nm.
