How does SB Carlsberg Flask work? |

| The Carlsberg flask is filled with sterilized worth up to about 80% capacity. Sterilization can be done using an autoclave, gas burner, or electric plate. Once sterilized, the flask is cooled and aerated via the integrated membrane sample valve and aeration lance. Pure carlberg yeast can then be introduced aseptically using a syringe through the sample port, or dry yeast may be added through the filter housing. The system ensures safe, hygienic propagation and is fully compatible with Alfa Laval Yeast Propagation Valve setups. |
