三高是老人病吗?难道年轻人不会患上三高?!小朋友都有患上糖尿的可能,也会被叫做“小糖人”‼️
 
三高已经不再是老年人的专利,年轻人也不能幸免❓❗
 
现代人不良的饮食、生活作息和工作压力都会让容易引发慢性疾病,而患上脑血管中风的趋势更越趋年轻化。😱
 
什么是三高?🤔三高是高血脂、高血压、高血糖的总称。
 
这三种疾病临床上常见,有些人三种病都一起同时发生,有些则两种疾病一起,是属于慢性病的范畴,
发生的原因有以下几个方面👇🏻👇🏻
1️⃣饮食习惯
2️⃣遗传因素
3️⃣体质因素
4️⃣生活作息等
 
目前患上三高病人年龄层也有越倾向年轻化,也是非常值得让大家要重视的问题,因为这三种疾病没有得到很好的控制,会导致很严重的并发症,如会造成中风、身体神经痛、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜脱落等等。为生活带来很大的影响,生活素质也大大打折扣。大家在服着西药同时多注意以下5点会对三高起到辅助的作用。5点如下
 
1️⃣.饮食清谈与均衡:做到少油、少盐、少糖,避免煎炸油腻多汁食物,蔬果纤维、淀粉、肉类达到比例:2:1:1,避免摄取过多热量食物,持续坚持健康饮食的生活态度下,以上三高问题有望改善。
 
2️⃣.晨起做呼吸运动:呼吸是为了平定内心,日常生活中难免会面对难题,大家也常会发现当我们紧张时,遇到超出我们可以控制的范围时,往往会呼吸急促,心跳加快、心神不安等表现。有句话说得好:“只有保持淡定的心情才可以治內部的消耗”,当身体消耗减少时,自然任何疾病也会处于稳定或更进一步康复的可能。
 
3️⃣.减少低头看手机的习惯,因为低头这动作最易伤颈椎,颈椎发生问题了,头部供血也会影响,颈为百病之长,颈椎需要细心呵护,如果劳损导致颈周围肌肉绷紧,双侧拉力平衡失调,往往身体也会有发生百种病的可能。如何预防?可以常用头写“米”字。低头不要超过半小时,半小时就应该抬头看看绿色植物,双手上提,两手臂按着耳朵,持续一分钟。
4️⃣.勤做甩手功:建议晨起甩手200下以上,达到身体微微出汗为止。
 
方法:首先先把双脚站稳,膝盖半微蹲状态、吸气把双手抬高,双手要达到双眼直视的高度,吸气则把双手往下甩,重复这动作200下,慢慢渐进增加,直到身体微微出汗为止。
 
 
5️⃣.中医中药和穴位按揉可以调理体质:长期持之以恒做的话也会使到身体健康指数加分,中医中药的配伍一定要寻找让有专业的中医们为我们诊断才可。绝对不可胡乱投药。穴位选择:合谷、曲池、太阳穴、凤池穴、足三里、三阴交、这些穴位是可以取到保健作用,方法是用拇指指腹进行搓揉20-30下,局部感觉酸胀麻为止。
