Long Block Splitting Machine

Application

AHA-ELG long block foam splitting/cutting machine is used for cutting 10-100m (or more) long foam block to 2-60mm thickness foam sheet sand rolling up. The machine produces PU foam sheet rolls for quilting and laminating material. The new developed model ELG-1650E/2150E heavy type is upgraded at designing and configuration, the max cutting density can reach 210KG and running speed can reach 90m/min(The actual cutting speed is depending on physical property of different materials). The machine with options like auto-rolling up, foam heating, auto-trimming and more other functions for convenient production. ELG machine only request small working area, almost same size of foam block. It is a necessary equipment for foam manufacture.
