Technical Engineer (Sales & Support) Position Location : • Kuala Lumpur / Puchong / Penang • Singapore • Jakarta Duties & Responsibilities : • Involve in Field Sales and find out customer requirement on following up with enquiry. • To Quote relevant machines to suit customer production requirements. • To handle website enquiry on customer connect and quote relevant machines. • To collect customer leads through news paper, direct email, exhibition and website. • To show customer machine function & capability during demonstration. • To conclude the order and arrange the collection of payments. • To liase with finance or leasing company for end finance or Installments or Lease payment for customers. • To have regular discussion and report to Director on Weekly and Monthly Sales Activity. • To communicate with manufacturer on detail specification and customer requirement. • To plan the weekly, monthly and yearly marketing activity. • We want an Honest, Hardworking and Positive person to excel in this market • Own Transport and Car Allowance will be provided. Requirements : • A Degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Applied Science • Multi-Lingual : English, Mandarin , B. Malaysia and Indonesia • At least 3 years working experience Experience Areas : • Cutting System for Automotive Part, Electronic or relevant Industries OR • Smart Card or RFID Ticket / Tag related converting machines. Card Lamination, Cutting, Hot Stamping, Milling & Implanting, Hole Punch on Material and others. (RFID Ticket / Tag Processes) – Printing, Flip Chip attachment, slitting and rewinding • Contactless Cards: Wire Winding, Chip implant & Bonding processes.
