Static Mixers

Static or inline mixers are applied to produce accurate process results with efficiency in space installation. This mixing system is used in wide range of application and industries with application ranging from mixing, blending, mass transfer, direct steam hearing, liquid dispersion, emulsion format to inline chemical dosing. Static mixer contains precision-designed mixing elements to modify and create desired flow patterns for required results. Sizes available from 1” diameter for inline mixers, up to a possible 120”. Various materials, coatings, surface finishes, multiple injection ports and mounting standards are available as custom options. With no moving parts, static mixer is virtually maintenance free and proven to be one of the most economical and cost effective mixing system.
