The ACC-E8 central control system is introduced to further improve the efficiency of the air compressor system, operate the air compressor system automatically , improve energy efficiency, ensure the compressed air productivity.
System description:
1) The control cabinet is installed in the corresponding compressor room with touch screen (HMI) to display all running parameters, setup operating parameters and issue control commands.
HMI functionality:
- Key parameter settings (such as: target pressure, sequence control)
- Main pipe air pressure monitoring
- Air compressor operation status/alarm monitoring
- Manual control / Automatic operation mode switch;

Control logic&functions
ACC-E8 is installed in the air compressor room with a 10 inches touch screen HMI to show system operation parameters, set the operation parameters and issue control commands. ACC-E8 can central control Max. 8 units air compressors automatically through the dry contact to ensure the pressure band, improve the automation level and reliability of the air compressors, and reduces the unnecessary energy lost.
1£©Control mode:
a. Local control: all air compressors controlled by local. ACC-E8 only monitors the operating state, fault state and main pipe pressure.
b. Remote single-machine control: the air compressor is remotely controlled by ACC-E8, but manually controlled on the HMI
c. Central remote control: All air compressors are remotely controlled by ACC-E8 automatically.When low system pressure detected, the standby air compressor will be automatically started. When high system pressure is detected, the control system will automatically unload or stop an air compressor accordingly.
2)Central remote control mode:
a. Equal wear : ACC-E8 will run the air compressors to balance the running hours of each unit.
b. Sequence mode: Operation priority is setup for the air compressors in advance, ACC-E8 will run the units according to the sequence pre-determined automatically.
3)Alarm notification:
In case of abnormal failure/alarm/error, the HMI will generate alarm prompt and the alarm sound speaker will on at the same time.
4)Power failure of the control system does not affect the operating state of the air compressors, all air compressors will maintain the current states (For remote pulse control air compressors ONLY).
5)Remote access & control
Remote access:
a. Remote data access (standard): multiple host access via Ethernet, such as DCS, SCADA, etc
b. Cloud data access (optional): remote monitoring by PC&Mobile with a data dongle
Remote operation:
a. Standard : read ONLY from remote data access (host and cloud)
b. Optional: remote pressure setting and units sequence adjustment when get permission from ACC-E8
Remote monitoring of air compressor, flow meter and power meter etc. can be done as optional with additional dongle . Further data analysis and report can be done with cloud software from PC & Mobile .
