Responsibilities	- To carry out research and development on new and existing products. - To carry out statistical analysis for internal and external sensory evaluation etc. - Basic understanding on operation system to fulfill R&D responsibilities in product scale up. - Good understanding in Food standard and regulatory requirements - Participating in role of Food Safety Management Team ensuring proper documentation control of forms and records - Provide the technical assistance in product evaluation and relevant processing capabilities to Sales, Customers and other related internal departments, ensure understanding of R&D objective and provide documented results when required. - Support preparation and shipment of R&D sample request.
