	Before embarking on ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems (EMS), key staff should have a clear understanding on ISO 14001:2015 EMS and how the standard fits into the company's objectives. Besides the ISO 14001:2015 EMS, companies must also understand the legal requirements that a company should take into account when implementing this internationally recognized Environmental System.
