Responsibilities	1. To assist monitor customer Delivery and alert in-house team to minimize the exposure or short lead time order. 2. To receive daily delivery plan from Sales in order to support in-house to minimize the exposure or short lead time order. 3. To liaise & follow-up with Planner / sub-con coordinator to ensure the shipment can ship out according to customer request date. 4. To assist prepare & responsible on all generated shipping document include the delivery order, invoice or DN /CN to customer. 5. To assist monitor schedule driver’s delivery route. 6. To support & administrative for any LMW renewal and company license related with custom application and approval for import & export . 7. Month end stock inventory audit and report. 8. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 9. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 10. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace. 11. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
