Eightfold Sdn Bhd (“ESB”) is the manufacturer of radiation protection apron under the brand “MALRAY” based in Malaysia. ESB warrants all x-ray protective aprons manufactured under “MALRAY” that:

• Attenuation rate of the core material will NOT degrade more than 2% over a period of FIVE (5) years
• To be free of manufacturing defects in materials such as exterior fabric, buckle, belt for a period of TWO (2) years
• Workmanship remain intact for a period of TWO (2) year from the date of purchase, under normal use and reasonable care.

ESB's obligation is limited exclusively to the repair or one-to-one replacement of the defective product(s). This warranty does NOT cover damage as a result of abuse, abrasion, negligence, excessive wear and tear, or failure to follow care and use instructions. The warranty does NOT cover the cost of shipping or any mode of transportation to send the good(s) to and fro our office in Selangor. Customer mishandling of products is not covered under warranty. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Melting of apron due to heat exposure
• Any physical damage to the fabric and the accessories, such as puncture holes through the fabric or core materials of apron due to sharp object, missing accessories, crack or deformation caused by external force.
• Crack of core materials attributable to improper prolong folding of apron with weight apply from the above.
• Improper cleaning, submersion of apron for cleaning purposes
• Excessive or non-ordinary wear and tear
• Failure to exercise the level of care demonstrated in the MALRAY document “CLEANING AND CARE GUIDE”, resulting in harm or damage to the apron

ESB hereby disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied. There are no warranties which extend beyond the time frame stated. In no case shall the liability of ESB exceed the purchase or replacement price of the product.

SHIPPING of goods are available within Malaysia and from Malaysia to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand only. Our garments are packed with minimum folds and maximum protection, in special paper package to ensure the goods reach you is as perfect as it came out of factory. Should your good receive is not in acceptable forms due to poor courier service handling, please take photo evidences and send it back to us. We will undertake the responsibility to replace you with new one.
