L Tractor 7 Series automatic submerged arc welding machine, composed of the tricycle tractor and power source, can be used for welding seams of lap, butt and fillet of different medium and thick plates of carbon, low alloy, stainless and heat resistant steels. The tricycle tractor is developed by absorbing the merits of SAW tricycle tractor used both at home and abroad. It features new style, light weight, reliable function and user friendly after our continuous modification and improvement in recent years.

• L Tractor7-1250L03 model is a three-wheeled welding tractor that can work with or without guideways.

• When using standard guideways, it is suitable for the flat welding and flat filler welding of longitudinal welds.

• When not using guideways, the front guide wheel can be steered by the operator to make simple flat welding on a curved surface.

• Or the angle of front guide wheel can be set to make flat welding of circular arc welds.

• Crater current, voltage, flashback time adjustable. It makes the arc ending process more operable.

• The polarity is selectable, which can fit different processes.

• The arc striking mode can be easily switched on the panel.

• The wire reel is semi-closed by metal cover, which is harder and more durable. It can better protect the wire. The detachable structure enables the two parts to join together simply by screwing the tightening mechanism. It is much easier for the wire installation. The tension structure, in addition, can prevent the wire reel from losing.

• Double driven wire feeding with straightening

• The protection against short circuit of control cable prevents damage to the PCB caused by internal short of control cable, short between control cable and the workpiece or the output cable. Using irradiated crosslinked polyolefin for insulation and sheath, which is more suitable for tough environment, it reduces shutting down caused by the damage to the control cable.
