Malaysia — My Second Home (MM2H) overview
Malaysia offers three main MM2H long-term residency tracks (Platinum, Gold, Silver) plus a Special Economy/Financial Zone option. Government-backed passes are renewable and can be issued for 5, 10, 15 or 20 years depending on the chosen program. Agency service fee example: RM 40,000. FD varies by age (USD 65k / 32k). Property price set by state.
