With about 85% of the units already snapped up, it’s clear the development has been hitting the right notes with buyers.
Sitting on a 4.39-acre parcel, ForestHill Residences features two towers — 38 storeys for Tower A and 35 for Tower B — adding up to 618 units. The homes range from 953 to 1,527 sq ft, with starting prices from RM650 psf. Completion is slated for the first quarter of 2027.
Interestingly, this whole project sits on rehabilitated land that used to be a rocky wasteland from old quarry operations. According to CFO Jamie Lai, being both the developer and builder allowed Ehsan Bina to keep tight control over quality, cost, and timelines, which helped them stay on schedule even with market headwinds. But she also pointed out the massive effort behind preparing the land — it took a full year just to blast through the rock before they could even start shaping the site.
Lai also hopes the government will look into incentives for developers who take on challenging brownfield or wasteland sites and turn them into usable, high-value real estate.
Location-wise, ForestHill Residences enjoys easy access to major routes like the LDP, Sprint Highway, NKVE, and DASH. It’s also roughly 4km from the MRT Mutiara Damansara station, which adds convenience for residents who commute around Petaling Jaya or into Kuala Lumpur’s commercial property hotspots.
