Tuju Setia Bhd (KL:TJSETIA) has strengthened its construction order book with a RM54 million contract to build a new industrial facility in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang — one of Selangor’s fastest-growing industrial zones.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Thursday, the company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd, received the letter of award (LOA) from Syntec Intelligence Technology Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction and full completion of the upcoming five-storey factory development.
Scope of the Klang Industrial Development
The new facility in Klang will feature:
-
A fully equipped production and manufacturing block
-
Corporate office space
-
A two-storey car park
-
Dedicated mechanical and electrical (M&E) rooms
-
A rooftop canteen
-
Additional supporting and ancillary amenities
This project reinforces the rising demand for modern industrial properties in Klang and Greater Selangor, especially among manufacturing, technology and logistics players seeking quality facilities close to major highways and ports.
Contract Duration and Financial Impact
Construction will span 14 months, commencing Dec 8, 2025, and scheduled for completion in early 2027.
Tuju Setia said the contract is expected to positively contribute to its earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026, while having no effect on its share capital structure.
Market Reaction
The company’s shares closed at 18 sen, down one sen or 5.26% on Thursday, valuing Tuju Setia at RM62.63 million.
