职业说明	- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure timely execution. - Coordinate subcontractors and monitor workmanship quality. - Ensure site safety, compliance, and proper housekeeping at all times. - Read and interpret construction drawings, highlighting any discrepancies. - Work closely with Project Manager and Design Team to address site issues. - Manage delivery and installation of materials and equipment. - Prepare daily/weekly progress updates and site documentation. - Support testing, commissioning, defects rectification, and handover.

技能要求	- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Interior Design & Build (office + retail fit-outs preferred). - Strong practical knowledge in interior construction sequence, joinery, M&E coordination, and finishing works. - Able to lead subcontractors effectively and manage multiple work fronts. - Independent, reliable, solution-oriented, and good attitude. - Able to work according to site operational hours (including extended hours when required). - Possess own transport and valid driving license. - Malaysian applicants only.
