Roller Bearings

  • Cylindrical Roller Bearings: Ideal for high-speed applications with heavy radial loads.

1. Memahami Keperluan Aplikasi Anda

2. Jenis-jenis Bearing dan Aplikasinya

Terdapat pelbagai jenis bearing, setiap satunya direka untuk keadaan operasi tertentu. Dua kategori utama ialah bearing bebola dan bearing penggelek.

Bearing Bebola

Bearing bebola adalah serba boleh dan digunakan secara meluas kerana keupayaannya untuk mengendalikan kedua-dua beban jejari dan paksi serta kesesuaiannya untuk aplikasi berkelajuan tinggi. Ia biasanya terdapat dalam motor elektrik, kipas, pam dan peralatan rumah.

  • Bearing Bebola Alur Dalam: Jenis yang paling biasa, terkenal dengan kepelbagaian dan prestasinya dalam pelbagai aplikasi.
  • Bearing Bebola Sentuhan Sudut: Direka untuk menahan beban jejari dan paksi gabungan yang ketara dan digunakan dalam aplikasi berkelajuan tinggi seperti gelendong alat mesin.

Bearing Penggelek

Bearing penggelek direka untuk membawa beban berat, kerana beban diagihkan ke kawasan yang lebih besar. Aplikasi biasa termasuk transmisi automotif, peralatan pembinaan dan jentera perindustrian.

  • Bearing Penggelek Silinder: Sesuai untuk aplikasi berkelajuan tinggi dengan beban jejari yang berat.
  • Bearing Penggelek Tirus: Boleh mengendalikan beban jejari dan paksi yang tinggi, menjadikannya sesuai untuk hab kereta dan transmisi.
  • Bearing Penggelek Jarum: Mempunyai penggelek silinder yang panjang dan nipis, menjadikannya sesuai untuk aplikasi padat dengan kapasiti menanggung beban yang tinggi, seperti dalam transmisi dan enjin automotif.
  • Bearing Penggelek Sfera: Boleh menampung beban berat dan penjajaran yang salah.

Bearing Tujahan

Bearing tujahan direka khusus untuk mengendalikan beban paksi. Ia boleh dikategorikan lagi kepada bearing tujahan bebola dan bearing tujahan penggelek, dengan yang kedua dapat menyokong beban tujahan yang jauh lebih besar. Ia biasanya digunakan dalam aplikasi automotif, marin dan aeroangkasa.

Bearing Khusus Lain

  • Bearing Biasa: Terdapat dalam sistem suspensi automotif dan aplikasi aeroangkasa.
  • Bearing Magnetik: Menyokong bahagian yang bergerak tanpa sentuhan fizikal, menawarkan geseran yang sangat rendah dan tiada kehausan mekanikal, sesuai untuk turbin berkelajuan tinggi.
  • Bearing Seramik: Dikenali dengan ketahanannya, dan ketahanan terhadap kakisan dan suhu tinggi, menjadikannya sesuai untuk peralatan sukan berprestasi tinggi dan kilang keluli.

3. Bahan dan Pelinciran Bearing

Bahan bearing dan jenis pelinciran adalah penting untuk prestasi dan jangka hayatnya.

Bahan Bearing

Bahan bearing biasa termasuk keluli krom, keluli tahan karat dan seramik. Untuk kebanyakan aplikasi perindustrian, keluli bearing gelek yang dikeraskan standard sudah memadai. Pilihan bahan bergantung pada faktor seperti beban, kelajuan dan persekitaran operasi. Contohnya, bearing seramik sangat baik untuk persekitaran suhu tinggi dan menghakis.

Pelinciran

Pelinciran yang tidak betul adalah punca utama kegagalan bearing. Pelinciran mengurangkan geseran, menghilangkan haba dan melindungi daripada kakisan. Jenis pelincir utama ialah:

  • Gris: Sesuai untuk pelbagai aplikasi dan membantu menutup bahan cemar. Walau bagaimanapun, pelinciran gris yang berlebihan boleh menyebabkan pengumpulan haba dan kegagalan pramatang.
  • Minyak: Digunakan untuk aplikasi berkelajuan tinggi atau suhu tinggi di mana haba perlu dikeluarkan dari permukaan bearing.
  • Pelincir Kering: Bahan seperti grafit dan molibdenum disulfida digunakan dalam persekitaran di mana gris atau minyak tidak sesuai, seperti dalam vakum.

Pemilihan pelincir yang betul harus mempertimbangkan suhu operasi, kelajuan dan beban. Adalah penting untuk mewujudkan jadual pelinciran semula yang betul berdasarkan cadangan pengeluar bearing.

4. Pemasangan dan Penyelenggaraan

Pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan yang betul adalah penting untuk jangka hayat bearing. Teknik pemasangan yang tidak betul adalah punca utama kegagalan bearing.

  • Pemasangan: Bearing tidak boleh dibuka sehingga sejurus sebelum dipasang. Ia mesti dipasang dengan betul dengan padanan yang sesuai. Menggunakan alat yang betul, seperti penarik bearing atau pemanas aruhan, boleh mengelakkan kerosakan semasa pemasangan. Untuk padanan tekan, tekanan hanya perlu dikenakan pada gelang yang dipasang.
  • Penyelenggaraan: Bearing hendaklah disimpan secara mendatar dalam bungkusan asalnya dalam persekitaran yang bersih dan kering. Pemeriksaan berkala dan jadual pelinciran yang betul adalah kunci untuk mencegah kegagalan bearing pramatang. Alat pemantauan keadaan boleh membantu dalam mengesan isu-isu yang berpotensi pada peringkat awal.
