技能要求	- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Experience with LV, MV, and HV induction motor systems is strongly preferred. - Solid understanding of electrical distribution systems (LV/MV/HV), motor control circuits, and protection systems. - Hands-on experience with motor testing equipment and fault diagnosis tools. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and support field or workshop operations when required.
