The PREMIUM Paste ink transfer system is able to transfer any colour of ink at any time from the drum to the printer press. It is available in Automatic Transfer, Semiautomatic Transfer, and Manual Transfer.
Automatic Transfer
The Paste Ink Transfer System is controlled automatically. The system is automatically filled based on sensors, eliminating human handling. This maintains ink levels and provides better printing results. The sensor is positioned vertically on the distributor pipe to enable automatic production when the ink level is low.
Human Machine Interface
The 5.7” monochrome touch screen provides manual operation, enables/disables filling for each station, notifies high levels, displays and monitors pumps and valves. Manual fill can be done remotely to enhance flexibility. The distributor pipe ensures even and smooth ink filling.
Control System
The system is controlled by a mini PLC. Self-diagnostic functions enable fast troubleshooting.

Manual Transferring
For manual transferring, we can create an ink farm with 4 offset ink pumps. Operators can get ink directly from the pump into a can and bring it to the printing machine. Each pump includes:
- Non-drip nozzle for dispensing
- Ball valve with limit switch for pumping and valve control
