Barely 2 months after news emerged of Singapore buying a stake in Lamborghini’s booming stranglehold in Asia, the client looked to establish another Lamborghini footprint by opening a 7-bay 3S service centre in Glenmarie, a city once revered as the heartbeat of Malaysia’s automotive ecosystem. With the desired floor for installation site having a structural foundation that wasn’t conducive for the erection of an automotive facility, the client was on the lookout for a holistic flooring solution that not only had the substance to withstand the heavy-duty nature of servicing works but also oozed style with a polished complexion.Proposed Solution
Polygard ® MTX 5022 | 5mm Epoxy Mortar Topping with Self-Leveling Smooth FinishBefore we could set in motion the installation of our Polygard® MTX 5022 system, we had to improve the existing weak substructure of the floor with substrate repair works. Within the next five days, we had produced a flooring work of art that was functional with its excellent impact resistance while also having a high-gloss finish that seamlessly meshed with the flamboyance of the luxury cars it was providing a platform for.
