Site Exposure & Learning Assist Site Supervisor / Project Engineer in daily site activities Learn construction sequence, methods, and site workflow Observe civil & infrastructure works (earthworks, drainage, roadworks, structures, utilities) 2. Site Assistance Help monitor daily site works and progress Assist in site measurements (basic level) Support coordination with subcontractors (under supervision) 3. Documentation & Records Assist in preparing daily site reports Take site progress photos and organise records Help file drawings, method statements, and site documents 4. Drawings & Technical Exposure Learn to read construction drawings Assist in checking drawings against site conditions Support shop drawing submission process (basic assistance) 5. Quality & Safety Support Assist in quality checks under supervision Attend toolbox meetings and safety briefings Learn basic site safety practices and rules 6. Materials & Site Control Assist in checking material delivery and quantities Help record material usage and site inventories Observe proper material storage and handling 7. Coordination & Communication Follow instructions from Engineer / Supervisor Communicate site observations to immediate superior Assist during inspections or meetings (observer role)
