Account & Profile Management

Step 1: Choose Account Role  Select "Owner" as your account type.

Step 2: Enter Your Mobile Number  Provide a valid mobile phone number. This number will be used for login and verification.

Step 3: Set Your Password

" Create a strong password
" Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field
" Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special symbol.

Step 4: Register Your Account

" Click the "Register" button to create your account
" By clicking Register, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Step 5: Verify with OTP  Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile number to complete the registration.

Step 1: Fill Mobile Number field.

Step 2: Fill Password field.

Step 3: Tap Login.

Verifying your account helps build trust, shows that your business is legitimate, and gives you access to the full features of the platform. It also increases your chances of being selected for projects. Without verification, your account will have limited access and fewer opportunities to connect with others.

Step 1: Open the Verification Menu

" Log in to your account
" Tap the hamburger menu () at the top-right corner of the screen
" Select "Verify Account Now"

Step 2: Begin Verification  You'll see a prompt: choose "Verify" to proceed or "Skip" to do it later.

Step 3: Upload Your ID

" You'll be asked to upload a photo of your ID
" You may choose to open the camera to take a live photo
" Ensure the image is clear and readable

Step 4: Fill in Personal Information

" Personal Info (Full Name, ID Number, Email, DOB)
" Address (Line 1, Postcode, Country, State, City)
" Bank Info (Bank Name, Account Number, Holder Name)

Step 5: Tap Submit.

Keeping your profile information up to date ensures better communication and accurate account details.

Step 1: Open the Profile Menu

" Log in to your account
" Tap the hamburger menu () in the top-right corner
" Select "My Profile"

Step 2: Edit Profile Details  You can now update the following information:

" Nickname
" Gender
" Date of Birth (DOB)
" Email Address
" Phone Number
" Address Information

Step 3: Save Changes  After making your updates, scroll down and tap "Save" to apply the changes.

Step 1: Open Settings

" Log in to your account
" Tap the hamburger menu () in the top-right corner
" Select "Settings"

Step 2: Change Your Password

" Tap on "Change Password"
" Enter your current password
" Enter your new password
" Confirm the new password

Step 3: Save  Tap "Save" to apply your new password.

Step 1: Tap "Forgot Password"  On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"

Step 2: Enter Your Mobile Number  Input the mobile phone number linked to your account.

Step 3: Set a New Password

" Enter your new password
" Re-enter the new password to confirm

Step 4: Verify with OTP

" You'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS
" Enter the OTP to verify and complete the reset process

Step 5: Once verified, your password will be successfully updated and you can log in with the new credentials.

" Your registered phone number or email
" Whether you want to deactivate (temporary) or delete (permanent) your account

Step 3: Your credit transaction alerts will be displayed.

Step 1: Go to the Notification menu.

Step 2: To mark all messages as acknowledged, click "Mark all as read" in the top-right corner.
