Designed for a couple seeking both functionality and warmth, the project blends Scandinavian simplicity with subtle, modern details, a balance that honours both style and practicality. From the outset, the clients expressed a clear vision to create a peaceful retreat that feels open, airy, and free from visual noise. This meant prioritising clean lines, natural textures, and storage solutions that allow surfaces to remain uncluttered.

The living area was reconfigured to allow natural light to pour through, highlighting the gentle contrast between pale wood tones and crisp white walls. A curated selection of furnishings including a mid-century style side table and bespoke carpentry sets a rhythm of calm throughout the space. Custom storage solutions were designed to blend seamlessly into the architecture, ensuring that functionality never compromises aesthetics. From the concealed cabinetry in the living area to the precision of the carpentry mill’s work, every element was made to last.
