MS. ARTIKA NADIA BINTI YUSOF, is the key Partner leading the Conveyancing Department in our Kuala Lumpur (PWTC) branch office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Law (Hons.) in University Technology MARA of Malaysia (UiTM)
- Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
Areas of Practice & Portfolio:
- Conveyancing and all real estate/property matters
- Corporate matters, including legal due diligence, company restructuring, issues of securities, capital reduction, takeovers and mergers
- All other contracts and documentation, including bank loans and security documentation.
Ms. Artika Nadia Binti Yusof was called to the Malaysian Bar on 12th April, 2013.
She had been in practice for almost 12 years. She was previously the Legal Associate of the Conveyancing and Corporate Department at Messrs. David Gurupatham and Koay.
Ms. Artika Nadia Binti Yusof, throughout her years in practice, had also participated in several housing projects in Malaysia, namely: Nadayu (Melawati) and i-City (Shah Alam). She is currently handling legal documentation for a housing project under Ketengah Properties Sdn Bhd, as our firm has been appointed as one of the panel solicitors for the said project.
