Our Welding Process Flow

1. Review of Drawing & Material
   Weld type, position, and material thickness are evaluated to assign the correct WPS and welder.

2. Fixture & Jig Setup
   For precision alignment and repeatable welds, we use custom jigs and fixtures when necessary.

3. Surface Cleaning & Preparation
   Grinding or cleaning is done to remove oxides or contaminants.

4. Welding Execution
   Certified welders follow the approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).

5. Inspection & Quality Control
   Visual inspection, dimensional checks, and if required – dye penetrant or ultrasonic testing.

6. Post-Weld Finishing
   Grinding, polishing, and passivation available based on surface finish requirements.
